Q. I own a sim with a mall and place to rent stores, are you interested in renting with us?
A. At this time we are not interested, thank you.

Q. I bought your Mesh Head and I need help and support.
A. Please visit the Mesh Head FAQ page.

Q. I purchased a product in your store but I never received it.
A. You will find a redelivery terminal at our mainstore, please click that to have it delivered to you.

Q. I purchased the same item twice by accident, can I get a refund?
A. Please login to your account and visit your transaction history. From there, copy your TRANSACTION ID into a notecard and drop it on KaoZ Koba for a refund.

Q. I need assistance with a product I purchased from you.
A. Please send us a detailed notecard inworld describing the issue you are having and we’ll get back to you very soon.

Q. I purchased an item but I want to exchange or get a refund, is that possible?
A. We are sorry, we don’t offer refunds or exchanges. All sales are final.
